Refund policy

We apply a 30-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 30 days of purchasing an item.

The item is only eligible for return if it is in the same condition as when you received it, has not been worn or used, has its price tags or labels attached, and is in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the goods are defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify the situation.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (food, cut flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (custom orders, personalized goods, etc.), and personal care products (cosmetics, etc.). We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
If you want to receive the desired goods as quickly as possible, return the item you have and, after its return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

 

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have its price tags or labels attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
